Suzana joined our Counseling and Forensic Services billing department in August 2020. She is jointly responsible for overseeing the billing and paperwork process for our forensic clients. Her main duties are processing the payments on behalf of the clients, maintaining organized financial records to aide reporting and calculating bills, and collecting balances. She has worked doing billing in both the medical and dental fields for 5 years. Suzana studied General Business at Howard Community College and Medical Insurance Billing and Coding at Stratford University. In her spare time, she enjoys taking care of her cats, and spending time with her family and friends.
