Resident Counselor
Hello! My name is Miko and I am a resident counselor at Counseling and Forensic Services. I offer an open-minded, judgment-free, collaborative approach when helping clients achieve their personal goals. I have experience working with a variety of people with a variety of issues including but not limited to LGBTQ+, HIV+, trauma, depression, anxiety, life transitions, issues of death and dying, and more. I predominantly operate from a Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavioral Therapy, Existential, and trauma-informed approach.
