Originally from Senegal, West Africa, I am a first-generation college graduate and speak English, French, Wolof, and Diola. I value culturally competent care and believe everyone deserves access to mental health support in a space where they feel seen and respected.
I’m passionate about supporting children, teenagers, and adults through life’s challenges. My clinical experience includes working with individuals navigating anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, grief and loss, and other emotional and behavioral concerns. I also have experience providing sex offender treatment.
I hold master’s degrees in Clinical Mental Health Counseling and Forensic and Legal Psychology from Marymount University, where I also completed my bachelor’s in Psychology
with minors in Criminal Justice and Forensic Psychology. I have nearly four years of experience as a Registered Behavior Technician, supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
My therapeutic approach incorporates CBT, DBT, and solution-focused strategies to help clients build insight, develop healthy coping skills, and achieve meaningful growth.
