Taking the step to seek therapy is a courageous decision, and I am here to support you every step of the way. Whether you’re facing anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or simply seeking personal growth, I am ready to collaborate with you on your path to healing and self-discovery. I believe in the power of a strong therapeutic alliance and a client-centered approach. Every individual is unique, and I strive to create a safe and non-judgmental space where clients can explore their thoughts, feelings, and experiences.

I obtained my B.A. in Psychology & Criminology from Hofstra University in 2021. I am currently completing my practicum and internship at Counseling and Forensic Services. If you’re ready to embark on this journey together, please feel free to reach out. I look forward to connecting with you and helping you navigate life’s challenges.
