I understand that life can be extremely overwhelming at times and, on some days, may even feel unbearable, but I am here for you. My goal is to help you work through whatever issues or stressors you may be experiencing, while promoting a safe and therapeutic environment for you to freely express yourself. I work from a cognitive behavioral therapeutic approach and am very passionate about positive psychology. I am a firm believer in that you can achieve what you believe. The mind is extremely powerful, which is why it is important to fill it with positivity.
I obtained my BA in Psychology, minor in Criminal Justice, and certification as a Mental Health Technician from California University of Pennsylvania in 2020, where I also played collegiate women’s soccer. I am currently pursuing my MA in Forensic Psychology at The Chicago School of Professional Psychology and I will complete my coursework in 2023.
Post-graduation, I plan on receiving my license to counsel (Resident in Counseling), so that I can continue doing what I love – helping others. I recently began interning with Counseling and Forensic Services, Inc. and have experience working with young adults and adolescents (ages 16-25), though I am open to working with all ages.
