Ashley is a Resident in Counseling and holds a master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Marymount University. She works with adults, teens, and families navigating challenges such as anxiety, low self-esteem, behavior concerns, life transitions, and LGBTQ+ related topics. Ashley is most passionate about her work with the family unit and specializes in working with teens experiencing strained family dynamics.

Her style is collaborative, compassionate, and tailored to specific needs. Drawing from various therapeutic techniques, Ashley focuses on practical tools that build emotional awareness, strengthens coping skills, and fosters healthier relationships. Clients have described her style as validating, eye opening, refreshing, and productive.

Ashley has weekday evening and weekend availability in-person, plus additional virtual availability.
