Resident in Counseling
Antonia Serafin

I believe therapy is not a one-size-fits-all process. Each person brings a unique history, experiences, and strengths, which is why I integrate evidence-based approaches tailored to the individual. My work is compassionate and collaborative, drawing from a variety of modalities to help clients build resilience, strengthen emotional regulation, navigate life transitions, and create more stable emotional foundations.

I strive to create an affirming, welcoming space for clients of all identities, backgrounds, and lived experiences. I meet clients where they are and work alongside them to clarify goals and develop tools that genuinely fit their lives. My style is down-to-earth, flexible, and focused on understanding what you’re carrying so we can identify strategies that support meaningful growth.

I work with teens, young adults, adults, couples, and families experiencing a wide range of concerns, including depression, anxiety, self-esteem challenges, academic and school difficulties, behavioral concerns, body image issues, life transitions, emotional regulation difficulties, disordered eating, self-harm, relationship concerns, grief, and more.

Whether you’re navigating a major transition, working through long-standing patterns, or simply trying to feel more grounded in your day-to-day life, my goal is to provide a space where you feel heard, supported, and genuinely understood.
