Counseling and Forensic Services (CFS) is actively seeking dedicated and compassionate Virginia-licensed Resident in Counseling (LPC or LMFT) to join our growing team. We’re seeking passionate clinicians eager to make a lasting impact and advance their careers with us.
This position primarily offers the flexibility of virtual sessions, with a strong preference for candidates able to work from our Woodbridge office as needed. While working with us, you can accumulate hours towards your residency, and we provide approved and experienced supervisors to help you achieve your licensure goals.
We provide the flexibility for you to set your schedule, with options for daytime, evening, and weekend client sessions. The Resident in Counseling will work with individuals, couples, and families, providing support and guidance to help them achieve their therapeutic goals.
