Hi, I’m Angelica Melendez, Director of Administrative Services, Operations & Marketing at Counseling and Forensic Services. Born and raised in Manassas and a proud Osbourn High School graduate, I bring both local roots and a deep passion for community connection to my work.
In my role, I oversee the administrative and day-to-day operations of our offices while leading marketing initiatives that share our mission and services with the community. My focus is on creating efficient systems that support both our staff and clients, ensuring every experience is as seamless, welcoming, and supportive as possible.
Being bilingual in Spanish allows me to bridge language barriers and expand access to care for Spanish-speaking individuals and families. For me, this work goes beyond operations and outreach, it’s about fostering an environment where every person feels seen, heard, and supported from the moment they connect with us.
