Michelle completed her master’s degree in clinical social work at Virginia Commonwealth University. She has experience helping children, adolescents, and adults navigate a variety of challenges, including anxiety, depression, and difficult life transitions. Michelle believes that a strengths-based approach, coupled with Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Motivational Interviewing, can help individuals overcome obstacles and meet their goals. Michelle also seeks to uphold the principles of trauma-informed care in her work with clients by promoting a culture of safety, empowerment, and healing.
