Brenna Johnson

Brenna Johnson is a Resident in Counseling. She obtained her Bachelor of Science in Psychological Science from the University of Lynchburg and her Master of Arts in Forensic Psychology from the Chicago School of Professional Psychology. She is currently working toward her Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC).

Brenna enjoys working with clients from many different backgrounds. She has experience working with the military community, which includes active members, families, and veterans. She has also worked with adults and adolescents with a variety of concerns including depression, anxiety, trauma, LGBTQ+, life transitions, and other related issues. She is one of the facilitators of our Domestic Violence & Battery Intervention Program at the Woodbridge and Alexandria offices. She provides a safe space for all her clients and works toward their important goals. She employs cognitive-behavioral and person-centered therapy during the sessions.
